Warranty Period
- Smart Pet Gadgets (automatic feeders, water fountains, anti-bark and training devices): 12 months from the date of delivery
- Travel Gear & Accessories (backpacks, harnesses, strollers, car seats, beds, collars): 6 months from the date of delivery
- Consumable Protection (flea and tick collars): covered against defects upon arrival only
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in:
- Materials such as broken zippers, torn seams, or faulty buckles under normal use
- Workmanship including misaligned stitching or defective electronics
- Battery and charging components of rechargeable devices within the warranty period
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Accidental damage, drops, or chewing by pets
- Misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic scratches that do not affect function
- Damage from exposure to extreme heat or water beyond rated limits
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Before You File

- Locate your order number and date of purchase
- Take clear photos or a short video showing the defect
Claim Process

- Our team reviews the claim within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we ship a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you
- In some cases we may request the item be returned for inspection
Paid Repair Service
For items outside the warranty period or damaged through accident or misuse, we offer a paid repair service where feasible. Contact us for an assessment and quote before sending any item.
Limitations
